About the Company & The Founder
I (the founder), am a 21-year-old solo founder with a heavy and very early
background in business and a deep obsession with systems, data, and scalable
product design. In just 6 months, I’ve grown my AI infrastructure company to
around $200,000 in revenue by offering hands-on, high-impact data services to
mid-market clients so I know what It takes to scale in this area.
Now, I'm building something bigger, an AI-enhanced DBaaS platform purpose-
built for the logistics industry. This product will solve one of the most
expensive and underserved problems in logistics: fleet inefficiency and data
underutilization.
You won’t just be writing code, you’ll be helping shape a platform that
transforms the backbone of global commerce.
The Vision
We’re tackling a $671B+ market (projected by 2030) where most companies are
still stuck in Excel sheets and fragmented APIs. Our goal is to make fleet
data smarter, more accessible, and more actionable.
This platform will:
* Normalize chaotic telematics, GPS, and ELD data
* Calculate critical fleet performance metrics (utilization, idle time, fuel efficiency)
* Deliver real-time insights and AI-powered recommendations
* Offer a chat-based interface for intuitive data interaction
We’re building for operators, not engineers, meaning usability, simplicity,
and performance matter more than shiny complexity.
The Role
This isn’t your average dev role. I’m looking for a full stack engineer with
the energy to build something great, just like myself, someone who sees the
vision and wants to build something legacy-worthy.
You’ll work directly with me, and together we’ll:
* Architect, develop, and scale a modular backend built in FastAPI, Supabase, Redis, DuckDB, and LangChain
* Build a robust data pipeline to normalize and calculate metrics across multiple formats
* Integrate local and hosted LLMs (via LangChain + Together AI) to power the recommendation engine and chat interface
* Connect a professionally designed frontend (likely developed separately) to the backend
* Implement observability, error handling, CI/CD, and performance optimizations
You’ll essentially help shape the early technical culture, design decisions,
and roadmap. The goal? Build a powerful, clean, and elegant product that the
logistics industry will swear by.
Tech Stack (Must-Have Experience)
* Python 3.11+, FastAPI (async backend design)
* Supabase (Postgres, RLS, Realtime features)
* Redis (caching, queues)
* Celery or task runners
* DuckDB or Polars (or Pandas with strong performance insight)
* LangChain (prompt engineering, chaining, LLM integration)
* Frontend basics (Next.js, connecting APIs, auth flow)
* Comfortable working with Docker, GitHub, and modular CI/CD
Bonus Points For
* Experience with LLMOps or local model deployment
* OpenAI / Together AI familiarity
* Hands-on with Apache Kafka or Traefik (future-proofing)
* Building internal tools or data dashboards for ops-heavy businesses
* You’ve built or worked at a startup before (and loved it)
