We're looking for a full-stack engineer to join a small team to build the next
generation AI mental health platform. This role requires a great deal of
responsibilitiy and end-to-end ownership. We're looking for someone who skews
more toward front-end with systems / arch skills but can also wire APIs to
interact with our Python / Django backend.
We have a combined 20 years experience building companies. The founder was one
of the founding-engineers at YouTube, and later founded a ~$1b company in
Silicon Valley. The team has other engineers.
**What we 're looking for**
**Expertise:** 7+ years of professional experience working with Python/Django
and interfacing with React. We're looking for someone who's worked in software
engineering teams especially those who've worked in smaller teams and
companies with a lot of responsibility.
**Tech Stack Familiarity:** Strong understanding of ReactJS and preferably
React-Native, RESTful APIs, DRF, and database design. A strong understanding
of various environments, for eg. a dockerized environment setup and devops.
You should be able to handle all of this on your own.
**Ownership Mentality:** Self-motivated and driven to see projects through to
successful completion. You're a problem-solver at heart and you're willing to
own the product develpment.
**Team Player:** You excel in a collaborative, small-team setting, actively
participating and driving meaningful progress.
**Passion for Building:** A genuine interest in shaping and improving products
and not just writing code.
