Job Description
We are seeking a Full-stack Software Engineer to join our growing company and
engineering team. We are looking for someone willing to get dirty and do what
needs to be done, even if it’s not always glamorous. Work will be focused on
our platform (90%) and customer-specific work (10%).
Our tech stack consists of:
Frontend: Vue (some React), CSS, JS.
API: .NET Core C#
Database: MySQL/MSSQL/MongoDB
Other: Kafka (Data) and Redis (Cache)
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will design (from templates), code, test, and deploy
software solutions using the .NET framework. You will collaborate with our
leadership team to develop high-quality products that meet the needs of our
clients and end-users. You will accompany the leadership on client-facing
calls to help us deliver the right solutions to our clients. You are expected
to contribute more than just code by actively participating in meetings,
making your opinions heard, and contributing ideas to improve our customers'
experience.
Must have
● Senior-level experience with .NET Framework and C#, Web API, ASP.NET MVC,
and Entity Framework
● Strong knowledge in C#, Web API Development using .NET Core framework
● Understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and
CSS3, with experience in React or Vue frameworks
● Experienced with MySQL, MSSQL, and MongoDB
● Familiarity with continuous integration
● Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming
● Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture
● Familiar with the concepts and implementation of Test-Driven Design, Unit
testing, Domain Driven Design, and pattern-based development.
● Good knowledge of API Security design principles
● A knack for writing clean, readable, and scalable code
● Problem-solving skills and debugging abilities
● Work during regular EST business hours
● Git and version control experience (we use GitHub)
● Willing to work/learn new technologies based on requirements.
Nice to have
● Working knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes & Docker
● Experience with Typescript
● Experienced in low-bandwidth design considerations
