**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for a **Founding Full-Stack Developer** to own the technical
vision and build the only platform dedicated exclusively to open houses. We
currently have **950+ agents** posting with strong organic momentum.

This is a high-ownership role where you’ll improve the existing platform and
build new features that directly impact thousands of real estate agents.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Own frontend, backend, and database development

* Optimize and improve the current website (performance, UX, scalability)

* Build new features (dashboards, alerts, agent tools, analytics, etc.)

* Possibly lead a full rewrite as we scale

* Work closely with the Founder and future President on technical roadmap

**Tech Stack Preference**

* Strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience (React / Next.js preferred)

* Node.js + backend experience

* Database (PostgreSQL or similar)

* Experience with scalable web applications

**What We’re Looking For**

* 4–8+ years full-stack experience

* Strong product mindset — you care about user experience

* Ability to work independently in an early-stage environment

* Interest in real estate / PropTech is a big plus

**Compensation**

* **Equity** : 4% – 6.5% total (immediate grant + performance bonuses)

* Salary: $0 pre-funding → $110k–$160k post-seed

* Significant upside through equity
