**The Mobile-First Company is hiring its first sales hire to turn demand into
revenue and unlock the next phase of our growth.**
We get thousands of new users each month. Now itâs time to turn that traction
into predictable revenue. Youâll close inbound, test outbound, and build the
sales playbook from scratch.
Youâll be our first revenue hire, working directly with the founder, and
youâll shape what sales means at Mobile-First.
### Why this role matters
AllĂ´ is scaling fast. Product-led growth is working, weâre signing up
companies every day. But the conversion path isnât smooth. Thereâs no system
for follow-up, no one inbound outbound, and no repeatable process.
Youâll be the one who changes that.
Weâre looking for someone whoâs fast, sharp, and comfortable building things
from zero. Youâll bring clarity, structure, and results. And youâll help us
turn sales from a founder bottleneck into a real function.
This is the role that sets the pace for the rest of the GTM team.
### What you'll do
* Turn signups and trial users into paying customers through fast follow-up and high-quality demos.
* Build and manage a pipeline of Product-Qualified Leads (PQLs) and close deals weekly.
* Run outbound tests from scratch â write the first cold emails, send them, and book the first meetings.
* Own the full sales cycle: from first message to contract signed.
* Build the sales playbook â document what works, write email templates, improve messaging.
* Keep the CRM clean and up to date (we use Hubspot and Attio).
* Share weekly insights with the founder and product team â objections, pricing feedback, feature gaps.
* Improve the conversion journey across onboarding, support, and activation â wherever needed.
* Help us scale: this role is designed to grow into team lead or Head of Sales.
### What we're looking for
* Youâve converted inbound leads before. You know how to take a trial user or warm lead and close the deal.
* Youâve done outbound too. Youâve booked meetings without a BDR team, and your cold emails actually get replies.
* Youâve run the full sales cycleâfirst message to closed-won.
* You donât need hand-holding. You spot blockers, fix broken flows, and move fast.
* You leave things better than you found themâtemplates, notes, CRM hygiene, and follow-up logic.
* Youâre opinionated about what works in a sales pitch, and youâre not afraid to push back.
* Youâre comfortable jumping into other parts of the business when needed.
* You work well with European teams. Youâre clear in writing, culturally aware, and async-friendly.
### Bonus points
* You speak Spanish
* Youâve worked in early-stage startups before.
* Youâve sold to SMBs or worked in SaaS with a product-led model.
* Youâve helped build or document a sales playbook.
* Youâve got experience with tools like Attio, Zapier.

Weâre not remote-only. We expect you to come to the office a few days a week,
