Scope: Global
Type: Full-time

a path to product leadership
Build What Comes After Generative AI
The first wave of AI learned to generate.
The next will learn to perceive, reason, coordinate, and act in the physical
world.
We are building an intelligence platform at the intersection of frontier AI,
autonomous systems, robotics, edge computing, sensing, and real-world
operations.
Our ambition is to create a new category: Mission Superintelligence—technology
that helps humans and intelligent machines understand complex environments,
make better decisions, and coordinate action across the physical world.
We are looking for a Founding Product Manager to help define and build it.
This is not a conventional SaaS role.
You will work on products that connect advanced AI with drones, robotics,
maritime and ground systems, space-based capabilities, IoT infrastructure,
sensors, and distributed edge intelligence—without treating them as isolated
technologies.
The challenge is to make extraordinarily complex systems feel clear, trusted,
and powerful.
**What You Will Own**
You will work directly with the founders, engineering teams, customers,
operators, and strategic partners to:
Define the product vision and category
Turn frontier technology into products people can trust and deploy
Shape how humans interact with intelligent and autonomous systems
Create intuitive experiences for planning, understanding, and supervising
complex operations
Translate emerging AI capabilities into meaningful customer outcomes
Lead product discovery, prototypes, field trials, and global deployments
Identify the few product decisions that can unlock an entirely new market
Help build the product organization and company culture from the ground up
You will operate across product strategy, systems thinking, user experience,
technical architecture, and real-world execution.
**The Work**
You will encounter product challenges that do not have established playbooks:
How should humans express intent to intelligent machines?
How should AI understand a changing physical environment?
How should autonomous systems collaborate across different domains?
How do you design products for imperfect data, limited connectivity, and real-
world uncertainty?
How should intelligence move between cloud, edge devices, sensors, and
machines?
How do you make sophisticated autonomy understandable and controllable?
How do you build trust when software influences consequential physical
decisions?
You will not be expected to know every answer.
You will be expected to help invent them.
**Who You Are**
You are a high-agency product builder who wants to work on something
difficult, consequential, and genuinely new.
You may have built products in AI, robotics, autonomy, aerospace, geospatial
systems, industrial technology, infrastructure, computer vision, edge
computing, or highly technical enterprise software.
**You bring:**
Experience taking ambitious products from zero to one
Strong product judgment and systems thinking
Enough technical depth to challenge and collaborate with exceptional engineers
The ability to turn complexity into an elegant product experience
Comfort operating without a predefined market map
Strong communication and customer instincts
A bias toward prototypes, field learning, and rapid execution
The ambition to create a company and category—not merely manage features
You do not need expertise in every technology we touch.
You need the curiosity and intellectual range to learn quickly across AI,
machines, software, sensors, and real-world systems.
**Why This Opportunity Is Different**
Most product roles improve something that already exists.
This role is about helping create what comes next.
You will join early enough to influence:
The product architecture
The market category
The company’s design philosophy
The way humans supervise intelligent machines
The future product organization
The global direction of the company
The work will extend beyond Silicon Valley.
You may collaborate with customers, innovators, operators, and partners across
the United States, India, the Middle East, Europe, and other international
markets.
You could move from a product session with frontier AI engineers to a robotics
demonstration, an international deployment, or a conversation with leaders
responsible for complex physical operations.
**Few roles combine:**
Frontier and embodied AI
Robotics and autonomous systems
Edge and distributed intelligence
Global exposure
Direct founder access
Meaningful ownership
Real-world impact
The opportunity to define a new technology category
Benefits
Competitive early-stage compensation
Meaningful equity and long-term ownership
Health, dental, and vision coverage
Flexible paid time off
International travel and global market exposure
Direct access to founders and key decision-makers
Hands-on exposure to frontier AI and physical-world technologies
High autonomy with minimal bureaucracy
Opportunity to build and lead the product organization
Potential path to Head of Product or Chief Product Officer
**This Is Your Role If**
You do not want your best work to be another incremental feature.
You want to build at the boundary between intelligence and action.
You want to help answer how AI will interact with machines, infrastructure,
and the physical world.
You want to look back years from now and know that you helped create a
category before the rest of the market knew it existed.
**How to Apply**
Do not send a generic cover letter.
**Tell us:**
What is the hardest product you have helped build?
What did you personally own?
What did you initially misunderstand?
What evidence changed your product direction?
Why do you believe the next era of AI will move into the physical world?
Why should you be one of the people who helps build it?
**Come build the intelligence layer for a world of machines.**
