### The Role

After growing revenue 5x in 2024, we are looking for our Head of Sales to help
get our SaaS platform into more universities and bootcamps. You will own the
revenue number; and play the role of everyone on the GTM team. As we scale,
you'll build the GTM teams on top of the foundation you build for us. Our
mission is to make job searching fair, fast, and fun for everyone - your
mission is to make help us make that happen faster.

### Who You Are

* You will do whatever it takes to close deals; this may be building a form; it may be acting as an SDR; and it may even be going to Buffalo, NY in January. You do whatever it takes and you can demonstrate you have done so in the past.
* You've been in player / coach leadership roles for at least 5 years where you have demonstrated experience overachieving goals and building teams that do the same.
* You know the funnel from prospect to MQL all the way through the upsell.
* You're a natural storyteller that can excite prospects about our mission.
* You might know playbooks, but you understand that a playbook is irrelevant until it matches the new GTM motion you find for the organization. You love to build and create new ones based on our unique needs.
* You’ve worked in a bootstrapped start-up (ideally 1-10M) and know how to deliver on goals with minimal budgets.
* Your responsibilities increased each year of a multi-year tenure at a growth company
* You've taken over founder sales and continued to help confirm product market fit.
* Sold enterprise SAAS, ideally into universities.
* You're using the latest sales and AI tools to work smarter and faster

* People who are used to working with an established brand and need the structure of a large company
* People who are big on strategy but not on doing the work.
* People who are looking to work 40 hours per week and call it a day. We got too much to do for that.

### Compensation

$150,000 base with uncapped upside and generous equity points. You will get
benefits such as 401k matching, health insurance, and unlimited PTO while
working remotely.

Please note that all offers will be contingent on a successful criminal
background check. You must be located in the United States.
