Role Description We are seeking a Founding Engineer to help architect and
build our core intelligence platform.
You will work directly with the founder to develop graph-based supply chain
digital twins, carbon intelligence systems, provenance tracking, verification
workflows, and AI-powered decision intelligence capabilities.Responsibilities
Design and build scalable backend systems for supply chain intelligence
Develop graph-based digital twin architectures representing products,
suppliers, processes, and logistics
Build APIs and data pipelines integrating ERP, MES, supplier, and logistics
datasets
Develop carbon calculation and provenance engines
Implement confidence scoring, verification workflows, and auditability systems
Design AI-assisted supplier intelligence and decision-support systems
Build cloud-native infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise deployments
Required Qualifications
5+ years software engineering experience
Strong Python experience
Experience with distributed systems and API development
Experience with graph databases (Neo4j, TigerGraph, Neptune, or similar)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong data engineering and systems architecture skills
Preferred Qualifications
Supply chain, manufacturing, ERP, or industrial software experience
Knowledge of digital twins, knowledge graphs, or provenance systems
Experience with AI/ML workflows and LLM orchestration
Experience building enterprise SaaS platforms
Familiarity with sustainability, carbon accounting, or lifecycle assessment
systems
