We help independent hospitality brands win more direct bookings with AI.
Products include hostFront (AI‑first storefront + SEO), hostMail (guest email
marketing on auto-pilot), hostDistro (search‑ads automation).

50+ customers, >$250k ARR, ~20% MoM growth.

You’ll be the first full‑time engineer, partnering with the founders on
product, platform, and GTM.
Clear pull from the market; we’re replacing expensive travel platforms with
direct channels.
Real autonomy: you’ll shape architecture, hiring, and culture from day one.

**The role**
Own the platform end‑to‑end: stabilize what’s working, simplify what isn’t,
and ship features that help us scale 10x in 12 months. It’s not a role that’s
just about shipping though. You’ll be a thought partner to the founding team
on how to build the business.

**What you’ll do**

* Design and build backend services (Python) and data pipelines on GCP
* Build/maintain task specific agents and evaluate performance
* Build/maintain customer‑facing features in TypeScript/React/Next.js
* Own IaC, CI/CD, observability, and performance; keep costs in check
* Work directly with the founders and customers; help hire the next engineers

**What you bring**

* 5+ years building production software; comfortable being the most senior IC on day one
* Experience building AI applications and agents
* Experience building products at early stage start-ups
* Strong with GCP (Firestore, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Workflows, GCS) or equivalent cloud
* Deep experience in Python and solid TypeScript/Node skills
* Pragmatic data modeling, API design, testing, and instrumentation
* Clear communication and bias to ship; you unblock yourself and others
