microlearning—delivered through an intuitive, teacher-first app. Our mission
is to reduce teacher workload while improving student outcomes by connecting
data to daily instructional decisions.
We're already generating early revenue, have pilot interest from districts and
schools, and are looking for a Founding Engineer to own and evolve our product
experience—grounded in empathy for teachers and powered by scalable, AI-driven
systems.

**Your Role & Responsibilities**
Phase 1a: Core Platform Stability & Readiness
* Audit and optimize the current MVP tech stack for scale and sustainability
* Build/refactor infrastructure for AI-driven data inference and workplan logic
* Lay the foundation for integrations with SIS, assessment tools, and dashboards Phase 1b: Teacher App Development
* Design and build a mobile-friendly, teacher-first application from the ground up
* Integrate student grouping, strategy support, microlearning, and dashboard features
* Power the product roadmap with district rollout and freemium-to-premium models Phase 2: AI-Powered Strategy Engine
* Architect and build a recommendation engine that maps classroom data to instructional strategies
* Automate personalized workplans and plug-in support for Power BI, Tableau, etc.
* Work with the founder to pilot AI features with 5–10 real school partners Phase 3: Global Readiness
* Expand product capability for multilingual contexts and global curriculum frameworks
* Ensure security, compliance (FERPA, COPPA, GDPR), and robust user roles
* Drive the technical roadmap for scale with future hires and global partnerships
**You Might Be a Fit If You Have:**
* You bring full-stack depth — from Python to Node.js on the backend to React, Vue, or Flutter on the frontend, you know how to get things moving.
* You have experience with AI — you’ve worked with AI-powered recommendation engines, NLP, LLMs, or adaptive systems.
* You thrive in a startup environment — you’ve led product decisions, built fast, iterated faster, adjusted based on user feedback, and are ready to shape what Eduvero becomes.
* You understand schools — you’ve worked in EdTech or grasp the complexity of education data and the unique challenges teachers face.
