We're working on novel models, new methods, and pushing cutting-edge research
to production around AI reliability and safety.
Founder is a former Data Scientist at BCG building Conversational AI solutions
for F500s and saw firsthand the challenges deploying LLMs. He holds his first
degree, an MSc from Oxford and attended Harvard as a postgrad doing AI
research at MGH.
**Who you are:**
We're seeking a Founding AI Engineer to build the core infrastructure that
transforms experimental AI into production-ready systems. You'll work across
our entire stack, with strong opportunities for growth.
**Qualifications**
* Strong full-stack engineering background with production experience
* Expertise in ML engineering and modern AI frameworks
* Proficiency in Rust/Go for backend systems, Python for our SDK, and TypeScript for frontend development
* Experience optimizing and deploying ML models at scale
* Experience working for a startup
* Bonus: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Math, Physics, or related field
* Bonus: Applied AI experience working with PyTorch and implementing papers
* Bonus: Based in New York and excited to work closely with the founding team
