THE OPPORTUNITY

We are building multiple marketplace ventures simultaneously through our
Factory system. Each founder will lead the development of their own
marketplace project with support from our AI infrastructure.

As a founder in our ecosystem, you'll be at the forefront of transforming how
digital marketplaces operate. You'll set the vision, build the community, and
drive the growth of your marketplace while our AI agents handle much of the
technical complexity.
We're looking for entrepreneurial leaders who understand market dynamics and
can drive user adoption in specific verticals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Establish and grow your marketplace's presence and user base
* Set the strategic vision and direction for your marketplace
* Identify and address market needs and opportunities
* Work alongside our AI agents to rapidly develop and iterate your product
* Build relationships with key stakeholders in your market
* Drive user acquisition and engagement strategies
* Provide feedback to improve our platform functionality

EQUITY STRUCTURE

Based Agents offers a transparent equity model:

Founder Equity -
10-25% ownership in your marketplace (vesting over 3 years)

Performance bonuses at key milestones

Growth Allocation -
75-90% of equity reserved for growth initiatives
