We just launched [Unstuck Engine](https://www.unstuckengine.com/), the most
precise B2B targeting platform ever built—and now we’re hiring our first Sales
executive.

But we’re hiring differently:

If you've spent years successfully selling B2B SaaS products, you know how
important it is to deeply believe in the solutions you’re bringing to the
market. So we invite you, first and foremost, to explore our product yourself
before applying.

If you find yourself genuinely excited and thinking "WOW, this is EXACTLY what
I’d love to sell!" then we really want to talk to you.

✅ **About You:**

* You have previous startup sales experience (ideally as one of the first sales hires)
* You are a self-starter who finds your own leads and comfortably does your own prospecting
* You consistently hit (and exceed) quota targets and can describe clearly how you achieved this
* You have experience selling tools/platforms similar to ours (B2B SaaS, GTM tech, ICP targeting, sales intelligence, intent data, etc.)
* You’re genuinely passionate about finding exciting new technology—something you personally believe in and would LOVE to sell

🚫 **You’re probably not a fit if:**

* You have zero experience designing or iterating your own sales processes (you’ve only executed someone else’s playbooks)
* You rely heavily on marketing to create pipeline for you (we don’t have this luxury, yet!)
* You’ve only sold long-cycle enterprise deals (we don’t say no to enterprise, but SMB and Mid-Market deals will usually be first)

Short, relaxed, informal chat to ensure cultural alignment and strategic fit
on both sides.

3️⃣ **Paid "Advisory Stage" ($10K in Stocks)**
Here’s the fun step: selected candidates will move to a short-term advisory
stage where you'll commit just 1 hour per week over 3 months (12 total hours).
You'll receive $10,000 worth of company stock options—and your goal will
simply be to generate your first $10K+ worth of sales during this advisory
period. Fair and straightforward.

4️⃣ **Final selection → Head of Sales role**
Based on your performance, alignment, and results in the advisory stage, we’ll
