**Role Overview**
As the Director of Product Marketing, you will own product positioning,
messaging, and enablement for our fast-growing product. You will collaborate
cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to
craft data-driven strategies that differentiate Redactable in a competitive
landscape. Your expertise will help us create exceptional customer
experiences, refine our product roadmap, and accelerate growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Go-To-Market Strategy:**
* Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature enhancements.
* Collaborate with the Product team to align roadmaps and product release strategies with market needs and business objectives.
**Messaging & Positioning:**
* Define product value propositions and craft compelling messaging that resonates with target buyer personas.
* Communicate product differentiators to the market, ensuring consistency across channels and touchpoints.
**Sales Enablement:**
* Create and maintain sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers) that empower the Sales team to effectively position and sell our solutions.
* Conduct regular training sessions to ensure Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams are well-versed in product details.
**Market Research & Analysis:**
* Conduct ongoing market, competitive, and customer research to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities.
* Analyze market trends, evaluate competitors, and track industry shifts to maintain a strong competitive edge.
**Qualifications**
* Experience: 7+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably with a focus on SaaS and early-stage startup environments.
* Go-To-Market Expertise: Proven track record of planning and executing end-to-end product launches, from ideation to post-launch optimization.
* Strategic Thinking & Leadership: Ability to synthesize market insights and business priorities into compelling product strategies.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis to measure market trends, understand user behavior, and evaluate campaign performance.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for articulating complex concepts clearly.
