**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Lead to join our team. This
individual will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and
execution to enhance our platform and services. The ideal candidate has a
**strong background in fintech** , a **passion for sports** , particularly
college sports, and a proven track record of leading successful product
initiatives. Strong product design skills are essential, as you will be
driving product design and utilizing our existing design system.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Product Strategy & Vision:** Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Scout’s mission and market needs.
* **Roadmap Development:** Create and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
* **User-Centric Design:** Lead efforts to understand the needs of college athletes and create solutions that enhance their financial wellness.
* **Product Design:** Drive product design initiatives, leveraging our existing design system to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
* **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product development from conception to launch.
* **Market Analysis:** Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of trends and competition in the fintech and sports sectors.
* **Data-Driven Decisions:** Utilize analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions and iterate on features.
* **Stakeholder Management:** Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.

**Qualifications:**

* **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in fintech or related fields.
* **Education:** Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
* **Passion for Sports:** Deep understanding and passion for sports, particularly college sports.
* **Leadership:** Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
* **Product Design:** Strong product design skills with experience driving design initiatives and using design systems.
* **Analytical Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
* **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* **Technical Acumen:** Familiarity with iOS app development and modern product management tools and methodologies.
