CTO/ Senior Developers — Climate Tech (Equity-based) - Fully remote

**About us**
We are founding a new climate-tech company building the backbone for green
rating systems for products and services. Our mission is to create a
trustworthy, scalable AI-powered rating platform to accelerate low-carbon
purchasing and climate action.

* _The opportunity *_
We’re assembling two independent technical teams to develop proof-of-concept
AI systems in a competitive buildathon. Teams will work separately; the
winning team (top 3) will present at the NYSE.

Outcomes:
• Winning team: invited to join the company with equity (terms negotiable).
• If both teams place in the top 3, both teams will be offered company roles
and equity. This is a skills-based selection — we evaluate demonstrated
results, not certifications.

Roles & expectations
• CTO / Technical Lead: system architecture, ML/AI strategy, team leadership,
deployment and compliance oversight.
• Senior Developers (ML engineers, backend, frontend, devops): rapid
prototyping, model training/validation, API design, production deployment.
• Time commitment: short-term intensive buildathon (dates TBD), with potential
transition to founding/early-employee roles.
• Compensation: equity grant subject to negotiated contractual terms; salary
once funded.

Selection process
• Two separate teams compete in a timed buildathon - 3 weeks. No collaboration
between teams during the competition.
• Independent judges will evaluate technical performance, scalability,
accuracy, and product-market fit etc.
• Winners present at the NYSE and receive offers to join the company.
