**Project Overview**

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to lead the
development of a web application that seamlessly integrates Web3 protocols
with real-world infrastructure management systems. This platform will serve as
the UX/UI gateway for:

1. Individual Internet Consumers:

* Manage their internet service subscriptions.
* View and control billing, network access, and usage data through an intuitive interface.
2. B2B Clients:

* Monitor internet network performance via a robust dashboard.
* Oversee usage metrics across connected individual users and manage billing operations.
3. Back-End Integration:

* Develop a scalable backend system that bridges Web3 applications/protocols with our proprietary Web2 database for seamless data synchronization, dashboard tracking, and real-time updates.

This project represents a critical component of Share’s vision, tying together
blockchain-enabled economic models, real-world infrastructure deployment, and
a user-centric design that fosters transparency and growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Design, develop, and deploy a full-stack web application that integrates Web3 protocols with Web2 technologies.
* Create and maintain front-end interfaces for individual and B2B users, focusing on usability and a clean, modern UX/UI.
* Build and scale a robust back-end system for:
* Real-time data monitoring and analytics.
* Integration of Web3 smart contracts for wallet management and transaction tracking.
* Synchronization with our proprietary Web2 database for infrastructure and billing data.
* Collaborate with the product team to define user requirements and prioritize features.
* Ensure data security, scalability, and high-performance standards across all components of the platform.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during development and deployment.

**Qualifications**

Required:

* Technical Skills:

* Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
* Strong back-end development experience using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
* Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
* Familiarity with Web3 technologies, including smart contracts (e.g., Solidity), blockchain architecture, and wallet integration.
* Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
* Understanding of cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
* Experience:

* 3+ years of full-stack development experience.
* Hands-on experience with Web3 or blockchain-based applications.
* Proven track record of developing scalable web applications.
* Soft Skills:

* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively in a remote team setting.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred:

* Familiarity with wireless mesh networks and IoT technologies.
* Prior experience in developing B2B or consumer-facing platforms with a strong UX/UI focus.
* Knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi) or tokenomics.
