looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our
technology strategy, drive innovation, and scale our infrastructure for
maximum efficiency and growth.
**Role Description**
We are seeking a highly qualified Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join True
Path Leads in a full-time capacity. This role is based in Los Angeles, CA,
with the flexibility for on-site or remote work (USA-based candidates only).
As CTO, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing
our lead distribution systems. You will oversee software development, IT
strategy, system architecture, and product development, ensuring our platform
is scalable, secure, and high-performing. This is a leadership role requiring
strong technical expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to collaborate
across multiple departments.
**Key Responsibilities**
Technology Strategy & Leadership – Develop and execute a comprehensive
technology roadmap to support growth and innovation.
System Architecture & Development – Design and optimize lead distribution
systems, including ping tree creation, API integrations, and real-time data
flow.
Software Development – Oversee coding, debugging, and software lifecycle
management to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
Project & Team Management – Lead engineering teams, manage development
timelines, and implement best practices for software deployment.
Data Security & Compliance – Ensure that infrastructure and data meet
regulatory and security standards.
Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, sales, and
operations to align technology with business goals.
**Qualifications**
7+ years of experience in software development, architecture, and IT strategy.
Expertise in lead generation systems, including ping tree setup, API
development, and database management.
Strong coding skills in Python, PHP, JavaScript, or other relevant languages.
Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Proven ability to scale technology platforms and optimize for performance and
efficiency.
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or
equivalent experience).
Must be located in the USA (remote or in-office in Los Angeles).
