Profile
* Excellent knowledge of how start-up fundraising works pre-funding
* At least 10 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence including projects in NLP and all AI approaches for numerical calculations
* Agile certification
* Talent in the managent of software engineers
* Minimum a MSc from a Top 10 University. PhD preferred.
* Past experience working in a top level IT company
* Available for involvement in start-up, responsibly and efficiently
* Well networked (able to demonstrate participation in conferences, experience as invited speaker)
* Able to comfortably fund his/hers own occasional travelling expenses towards the start-up as needed
Role:
* Strategic development of new AI for NLP and financial calculations
* Negotiations
* Agile project management
* Integration of existing AI solutions to improved algorithms
* Scrum master in the initial stages of the start-up No salary before investment, joint venture model. 15% of equity. Salary and position in the company after fundraising.
The equity of all cofounders will be diluted after the investment.
Workload: 15% daily on average
Open to investment for more equity.
