**We’re building auto-complete for work.**

The idea is simple: can you run a business in natural language? Right now, you
can’t. Small businesses lose hours every week chasing clients, scheduling
meetings, coordinating vendors, and following up on invoices — and today’s AI
tools only suggest or draft. They never finish the work.

We are starting with the virtual assistants in the Philippines who already run
day-to-day business operations for U.S. owners - everything from sales and
marketing to customer service, admin, and specialized roles in areas like real
estate and healthcare. These assistants aren’t peripheral; they are the
backbone of how many SMEs in the U.S. actually get work done.

By serving VAs first, our AI is trained on real-world workflows, giving it the
ability to identify needs, prioritize correctly, and execute tasks end-to-end.
That foundation will give us the capability to serve SMEs and service teams
across the U.S. - a massive segment overlooked by today’s AI tools.

**Where we are**

Pre–product market fit. We’ve validated the problem and are moving fast toward
our first real release - Version 1 launches October 2025. You’ll be joining at
the stage where decisions matter, impact is immediate, and everything you
build becomes part of the foundation.

reasoning layer for how humans and AI collaborate day-to-day — one that can
anticipate, act, and adapt like a real assistant.

**Who you are**

Full-stack or back-end engineer (Python preferred) You’ve built something end-
to-end - shipped, broken, and fixed it You think in systems, not just features
You’re comfortable working without a map, and you care about craftsmanship
Bonus: experience with LLMs, workflow systems, or agentic architectures
