Job Summary:
We are searching for a visionary and driven Sales and Business Development
Leader to co-found and build our U.S.-based team from the ground up. This role
is critical to launching and scaling our privacy-first mission, leading seed-
stage fundraising efforts, and redirecting brand data and advertising spend
away from big-tech giants. Designed for a revenue-obsessed leader with a clear
trajectory to CEO, this position demands a passion for maximizing company
valuations through exceptional customer experiences. Our company is pre-
revenue and in the seed fundraising phase, offering equity incentives post-
funding, along with a competitive salary and commission structure. The goal?
Drive a target of $10-25M in annual recurring revenue (ARR) from data and ad
spend within 18-24 months post seed funding. If you’re ready to shape a

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to accelerate revenue pipeline growth and expand market presence in the USA.
* Lead fundraising initiatives to secure investment and fuel the company's privacy, data and ad-tech disruption mission.
* Build and nurture relationships with brands, guiding them to shift data and ad spend from big-tech incumbents to our privacy-centric, customer-owned platform.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to align business development efforts with company goals and customer needs.
* Drive a customer-obsessed culture, ensuring an outstanding experience for all clients and partners.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
* Contribute to the company’s long-term vision and valuation growth as a key member of the leadership team.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record in sales leadership and business development, within a high-growth or mission-driven organization.
* Ex. Meta, Google, X, Snap, Salesforce, or other leading customer data, advertising big-tech incumbents.
* Strong network and experience in fundraising, with the ability to engage investors and secure capital.
* Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and passion for disrupting big-tech dominance. Must see the vision of advertising with zero surveillance.
* Exceptional strategic thinking, with an obsession for driving revenue and scaling operations.
* Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first mindset.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a clear leadership trajectory (CEO potential).
* Must be based in the USA and willing to travel as needed.
