**About the Role:**
We are looking for a CTO to join Thesauros, a DeFi protocol that simplifies
passive income generation on stablecoins through automated yield strategies.
We have recently closed our first funding round at a $15M valuation.
You will lead the technical direction, build and manage the engineering team,
and work closely with the founders on scaling the protocol across multiple
blockchain ecosystems.
**Responsibilities:**
* Own the architecture and development of the Thesauros protocol.
* Build and lead a remote-first engineering team.
* Oversee smart contract development, security audits, and cross-chain integrations.
* Work directly with the founding team on product roadmap and technical vision.
**Requirements:**
3+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in
blockchain/DeFi.
Strong experience with Solidity, EVM-compatible chains, and smart contract
architecture.
Leadership experience: managing or mentoring engineering teams.
Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, yield strategies, and blockchain
security best practices.
Fluent Russian and English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Ability to work autonomously and in a distributed team environment.
**Nice to Have:**
* Experience with cross-chain bridges and interoperability.
* Background in fintech or financial infrastructure.
* Previous startup experience.
