share on all matters that you bring to the firm and up to 5% profit-share on
other matters

math, logic, or engineering.
• Social - You enjoy being with and helping other people.
• Experienced - You have at least two years of private funds or venture
finance experience in a top national law firm (Vault 100 or similar) or an

• Licensed - You’ve been admitted to the California bar.
**Where and how we work:**
You will have significant flexibility for remote work but should plan to be in
the office at least one day per week (up to three days per week during
onboarding and training). Our offices are based in downtown Berkeley, CA, and
are easily accessible from BART.
We are a tech-enabled firm, and frequently build internal tooling. Bonus
points if you have familiarity with building custom CRMs or other applications
on low-code or no-code platforms.
**What you will do:**

with minimal oversight.
