About Floe
Floe is the first credit DEX, a peer-to-peer lending protocol that matches
lenders and borrowers directly. We’ve built LendrBot, an AI agent that lets
users create loans, manage positions, and interact with DeFi through natural
language on Telegram and social platforms.
We’re looking for an AI engineer to take Lendr from functional to exceptional
and expand what’s possible when you combine LLMs with onchain finance.
What You’ll Do
• Own and evolve Lendr’s architecture: prompt engineering, agent
orchestration, tool use, and reliability
• Build new AI-powered features: smarter loan recommendations, risk
assessment, market intelligence
• Improve natural language understanding for complex financial intents
• Integrate with new platforms and interfaces beyond Telegram
• Work directly with founders to define the AI product roadmap
What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience building with LLMs in production (not just prototypes)
• Understanding of agent architectures, function calling, RAG, and prompt
optimization
• Ability to ship end-to-end: you can build the infra, not just the prompts
• Python proficiency; bonus if you can work across the stack
• Interest in DeFi and financial applications (you don’t need to be an expert,
but curiosity matters)
Bonus
• Experience with crypto/blockchain integrations
• Built consumer-facing AI products with real users
• Background in fintech, trading systems, or quantitative work
• Familiarity with Telegram bots or social platform APIs
