**Position Overview** :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced AI Engineer to join our dynamic team
at Vibencode. As an AI Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing
and implementing state-of-the-art artificial intelligence models, with a
primary focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP).
**Responsibilities** :
1. Develop and implement cutting-edge artificial intelligence models, particularly in the field of NLP.
2. Build, evaluate, and test AI models with a strong emphasis on deployment in production environments.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute AI A/B tests.
4. Utilize Python programming skills to implement solutions adhering to solid software engineering practices.
5. Utilize common data science libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn.
6. Design and evaluate AI A/B tests to measure effectiveness and performance.
7. Provide leadership and guidance in AI development within a high-growth startup environment.
8. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI frameworks and technologies, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
9. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in backend development, contributing to our team's knowledge base and expertise
**Desired Qualifications** :
1. Deep expertise in machine learning engineering, especially in NLP.
2. Proficiency in Python programming with experience in implementing Python-based solutions.
3. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
4. Experience in designing and evaluating AI A/B tests.
5. Familiarity with popular AI frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
6. Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and deep learning techniques.
7. Experience with cloud services (especially Azure) and containerization technologies.
8. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong passion for innovation.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote team environments.
**Requirements** :
**Must-Have** :
1. Experience using large language models for various purposes and assessing their outputs.
2. Experience with Python programming, preferably in software applications development.
**Very Important** :
1. Experience with the overall LLM stack.
2. Experience with autonomous AI agents and other AI systems.
3. Experience with advanced LLM functions like function calling/tool use and generating structured data.
4. Experience using embeddings for purposes like finding similar matches and assisting with retrieval-augmented generation.
5. Proficient in using Django framework.
**Relatively Important** :
1. Basic proficiency with database design and query languages.
2. Experience with deploying LLM prompt chains and apps to production.
3. Experience with fine-tuning models via API and other customizations.
**Bonus** :
1. Experience with LLM/agent benchmarking and performance monitoring.
2. Experience with knowledge graphs and graph databases.
3. Experience with symbolic AI and automated reasoning.
4. Experience with large-scale fine-tuning and deploying AI models to production.
**Compensation and Benefits** :
**CTC Range** : 12-14 LPA INR
